- Products: Fabrication construction, shape in barrels troughs, its components which assembled in Concrete mixer.
- Manufacture: Used technical bending shape with many steps quite complex and use high form material, sub-components assembled and welded together with high requirements about position, profile, geometry and dimension tolerances and painting finish.
- VNO have many experiences about fields manufacture industry and have many experiences to choose one suitable supplier for this project but still encounter many challenges.

- Solution 1: Research bending technical to make complex shape.
- Solution 2: Design assembly and welding Jig to ensure all position, geometry and dimension requirements, with directly support from VNO.
- Solution 3: Training PPAP level III to supplier with CNO and VNO engineer.
V. Summary
- Shipped the first physical samples to US for review and make the first machanic test.
– This new project with new type of product includes manufacture and guaranteed way in production is actually a big challenge.
– There is only one solution that is the determination of the supplier, direct technical support from VNO engineer no different from direct workers about technical for production and Jig for assembly and welding to meet all requirements then have initial results be like that.
